Local company lands national funding to help develop tech

Los Alamos-based UbiQD has some unique technology, and the company just landed a funding boost that will help it develop that tech further. UbiQD, a nanotechology development company, has landed a $750,000 Small Business Innovation Research Phase II grant from the National Science Foundation, according to a news release.
