The CEO of New Mexico's top publicly traded company and largest utility received a slight pay bump, according to documents filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission this month.
In the statement, PNM Resources [NYSE: PNM] stated stated Chairman, President and CEO Pat Vincent-Collawn received a total compensation package of $4,425,922 in 2017 — a more than 11 percent bump of Vincent-Collawn's compensation from 2016 of $3,983,157.
