Delray Beach-based Alfred Angelo Bridal posted "closed" signs on its doors at stores throughout the nation Friday, sending brides into a panic as they showed up to pick up gowns they had ordered shortly before their weddings.
The bridal chain, with 61 stores across the nation, is facing an eviction action in Palm Beach County Circuit Court, the Business Journal learned.
In South Florida, closure notices were placed on the doors of its local stores in Coral Gables, Sunrise and Boynton Beach.
